Alert Number 40
Date: September 02, 2024
Several members have asked me how and where they can purchase high purity EGCG, thought to be the most active ingredients in green tea. One of our members did a little digging. He sent an email to Roche asking about availability of Teavigo in the US and got the response below. If you click on the link you can get to a page describing it, in capsule form. Apparently doctors can order "Teavigo" now. It is 94% pure EGCG. Teavigo is made by Roche, and I would expect they have good quality control and quality assurance programs. While it is still necessary to get a doctor's prescription for it, it is good to know Teavigo is finally available.
Charlie, thank you on behalf of our membership. All of us benefit when we work together and share our information.
Be well,
Chaya
